Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier (Soya lecithins). Cocoa solids 44% minimum.

Delicious bake stable dark chocolate chips - they will hold their shape when baked! Tastes great baked into cookies, muffins, brownies etc. Just pop them into the mix before baking! 

The chocolate chips can also be easily & quickly melted in a jug of hot water, which you can then pour out or use to create a drizzle effect!
