Bakery & Patisserie 

  • Add to cake batter for a fruit core – by adding to the centre of your cake batter (muffins, cupcakes or large cakes), the fruit mixture will settle just below the middle of your cake, leaving a fresh fruit filling with each slice or bite.

  • Mix with baked cheesecakes – Prior to baking, mix your desired amount of fruit into your cheesecake mix and bake! The result should mean each slice will have fruit running through. This flavour pairs well with rhubarb, chocolate and honey.

Raspberry - Raspberries (70%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Saccharose, Thickener (modified Corn Starch E1442), Water, Elderberry Juice, Acids (Sodium Citrates E331, Citric Acid E330), Flavour, Carrot Extract, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202). 

Strawberry - Strawberries (70%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Saccharose, Thickener (modified Corn Starch E1442), Water, Carrot Extract, Acids (Citric Acid E330, Sodium Citrates E331), Flavour, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202).
