INGREDIENTS
Humectant (E422), Water, Colours (E102*, E129*), Modified Starch (Tapioca). 

E102 & E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration (max. dosage 4g) & max.1.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.

ProGel concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are great for food colouration. Highly concentrated, you only need the smallest amount of ProGel to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that our tubes last a long, long time!

Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in.
